Backed by more than 20 years of experience across government and private-sector work, we advise and train corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations operating in complex, high-consequence environments — where the risks aren't hypothetical and the standards aren't optional. Over five years in business, we've helped state and local nonprofits reshape their anti-trafficking policies and delivered capacity-building training to state and federal clients. Our work spans the practical and the institutional: keeping people safe when they travel, building the awareness to recognize and disrupt trafficking, shaping the policy that governs how an organization acts, developing the leaders who carry that policy forward, and setting the ethical and communications standards that protect an organization's credibility when it matters most.

About Our Founder

Sasha K. Taylor is a policy advisor, capacity builder and a former FBI Intelligence official. She has trained hundreds of U.S. and international law enforcement officials on terrorism, counterproliferation, financial fraud, and trafficking. She founded her advisory firm in September 2021, where she assists corporations in navigating risk to protect their assets in the U.S. and abroad, and has developed deep expertise in violence prevention, and complex victimization.

Ms. Taylor is the author of the first conceptual framework legislation on honor-based violence ever drafted in the Commonwealth of Virginia and continues to assist corporations and non-profits in strengthening their anti-slavery policies from concept to on-the ground reality in their supply chain. She is recognized as the authority on helping government agencies counter honor-based violence (HBV), interpersonal violence (IPV), child, forced marriage, visa exploitation, and human trafficking in immigrant communities.

She serves in numerous leadership and advisory roles, including Chair of the Access to Services Sub-committee of Virginia’s Office of New Americans Advisory Board, co-chair of the DC Human Trafficking Task Force’s Policy and Legislation Subcommittee; consultant and trainer for The Regional Interdisciplinary Collaborative (The RIC), a mid-Atlantic partnership dedicated to ending human trafficking and supporting survivors; member of the Virginia Coalition Against Human Trafficking; and is a lifetime member of the FBI Association of Intelligence Analysts.

Ms. Taylor also mentors high school Afghan refugee students carving their new path to college.

Sasha Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Education, and a master’s degree from Michigan State University in Journalism.
